The Role

We’re looking for a founding engineer to help build Zinq from the ground up. You’ll be designing core systems, shaping product strategy, and defining our engineering culture alongside the founders. What You'll Do

• Build core product features from conception to deployment, owning the full development lifecycle
• Architect scalable AI systems that orchestrate multi-step workflows and coordinate autonomous agents
• Design and implement AI-powered features that deliver tangible results to customers
• Drive product decisions using a deep understanding of real estate firm workflows and customer needs
• Establish engineering culture and technical standards as we build a world-class team
• Ship fast and iterate quickly on customer feedback

• Full Stack Builder: Proficient in building products, frontend-to-backend.

• Agentic Software Development: Hands-on experience building autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, or AI-driven applications
