Responsibilities:

  • Advise the executive team on multifamily sales strategies, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Utilize a well-established rolodex to introduce key industry contacts, facilitating new business relationships and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market positioning, competitive analysis, and sales tactics.
  • Outline plan for developing a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Participate in high-level meetings and presentations, offering expert advice and strategic direction.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, including competitor activities and regulatory changes.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and effective sales execution.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in the multifamily real estate sector, ideally with a strong background in sales and business development. Experience in multifamily SAAS products preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
