About WiredScore

WiredScore is one of the world's leading building certification companies. We work with the world’s top landlords, developers, agents, and engineers to assess, benchmark, and promote best in class digital connectivity and smart technology within buildings.

Today, we certify >1 billion square feet of real estate, for >1000 clients across 40 countries. Over 9M people around the world live and work in buildings certified by WiredScore.

Technology and digital connectivity are vital to the way we live and work, which is why WiredScore’s mission is to make the world’s buildings smarter and better connected, to enable a more collaborative, innovative, and dynamic future.

WiredScore owns and operates two certifications; WiredScore certification is the first and only global rating system for mobile and internet connectivity in buildings, and SmartScore certification, which helps landlords understand, improve, and communicate the user functionality and technological foundations of their buildings.

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and highly organised Senior Marketing Manager to lead WiredScore’s field marketing, and social media activity across key global markets. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of brand experience, business development, and digital engagement - helping to bring our marketing vision to life at every stage of the sales funnel.

At WiredScore, we believe in the power of world-class content and experiences to educate, inspire, and drive change in the real estate industry. This role is central to making that happen.

You will own the planning and execution of WiredScore’s field marketing strategies in Europe and North America - designing and delivering experiences that strengthen our brand, activate our advocate network, and move prospects through the funnel. From high-impact speaking engagements and co-hosted roundtables to client receptions and partner activations, you’ll work closely with commercial teams to ensure every event is insight-led, goal-oriented, and impeccably executed.

Alongside this, you will lead our global LinkedIn strategy - a critical channel in our brand building and audience growth strategies. You’ll be responsible for growing and activating our corporate audience, enabling employees to build their personal brands, and helping us own the conversation around technology in the built environment.

Success in this role requires a commercially minded marketer with a passion for creating high-quality, engaging experiences - whether online or in person. You’ll need to be confident navigating complexity, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and translating business objectives into compelling campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll also be a key member of our close-knit, collaborative marketing team - so a rounded understanding of B2B marketing and a flexible, can-do mindset are essential.

Main Responsibilities

Field marketing

  • Own the field marketing strategy for Europe and North America, working in close partnership with regional Business Development teams to define priorities, align on goals, and deliver high-impact experiences across the UK & Ireland, Continental Europe, and North America, with occasional support for APAC and the Middle East.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of in-person and virtual events, including speaking engagements, roundtables, partner events, client receptions, and sponsored conferences—from concept and planning to execution and follow-up.
  • Translate commercial objectives into compelling event experiences that drive brand awareness, engage key audiences, and support pipeline development across multiple stages of the sales funnel.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring marketing spend delivers value and aligns with commercial goals. Track ROI and lead event debriefs to capture insights and optimise future performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to maximise event impact, collaborating with Content, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to build compelling pre-, during- and post-event campaigns.
  • Develop best practices and scalable playbooks, enabling regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality field marketing activity that reflects the WiredScore brand.
  • Continuously monitor trends in B2B events and field marketing, bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to the table.

Social media (LinkedIn focus)

  • Own the corporate LinkedIn strategy, including organic content planning, campaign execution, follower growth, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to populate and maintain a channel calendar that supports product launches, regional marketing priorities, and brand campaigns.
  • Act as the internal LinkedIn expert, analysing engagement data, testing new formats, and using insights to shape and evolve our approach.
  • Manage our social media agency, ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery of day-to-day activity and encouraging proactive performance optimisation.
  • Oversee LinkedIn paid campaigns when needed, from boosting awareness to supporting traffic or lead generation goals.
  • Maintain and evolve the WiredScore Influencer Playbook, enabling colleagues across the business to build their personal brands and contribute to broader channel growth.

Internal collaboration & leadership

  • Build strong partnerships with regional commercial teams, acting as a trusted advisor to help them use marketing more effectively to achieve their goals.
  • Foster collaboration across the marketing team, contributing to wider campaigns and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Champion our brand and audience in every interaction—ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity across everything we produce.
