ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for executing a consultative sales approach to win the hearts, minds, and commitments of prospective and existing partners to bring on new business and grow existing business. This position will qualify prospects, demo our product, negotiate contract terms, and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new partners. This is the perfect opportunity for a full-cycle salesperson with a passion for Proptech that makes a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

How you’ll contribute

  • You will prospect new customers and respond to inbound inquiries using our sales tech as well as via email campaigns, social channels, phone calls, virtual calls, and in-person events
  • You will generate qualified pipeline for our platform and conduct consultative assessment calls
  • You will schedule and conduct product demonstrations that match our customer’s needs and platform offerings
  • You will negotiate contract and pricing terms according to company guidance
  • You will close new business and existing business on a consistent basis and foster a smooth onboarding and implementation process via internal business partners
  • You will maintain accurate pipeline forecasting reporting and deal information in Salesforce
  • You will develop and execute strategies with members of our sales team that make us better every day - the opportunity to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table is encouraged!
  • You will partner with cross-functional internal teams to assist with go-to-market initiatives including but not limited to product releases, events, and special projects
  • You will promote a fun and friendly-competitive environment by consistently exceeding goals set forth by the company

Ideal teammates have

  • 5 years of full sales cycle quota experience
  • Experience selling SaaS products in the 6 figure ARR range
  • B2B, SaaS + Proptech experience puts you on the top of the list
  • A self-starters mentality that drives you on a daily basis
  • The ability to work through objections and keep your sales process moving
  • Prior experience generating business from both warm leads, cold outreach, upsell motions, and event sales
  • Experience using sales tech such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and others
  • A willingness to learn and accept coaching
