As a Product Designer at Tive you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and overall success of our products.

Our ideal candidate has:

2 to 5 years of experience designing and shipping software products
Experience translating insights and conversations with customers into design decisions
Strong design portfolio demonstrating complex, interactive designs
Experience supporting end to end product development, from problem definition to scaling product adoption post launch
Ability to clearly articulate your reasoning behind design decisions
Experience working closely with engineers, including communication, understanding platform limitations, and asset production
Proficient in Figma

Nice to have:

Degree in design, engineering or related field
Experience in designing analytics dashboards for B2B platforms is highly desirable
Experience working with distributed teams in multiple timezones

What you’ll be doing:

Designing new products and workflows within our software platform. You will have a large role in some of our analytics products.
Bring new ideas to life from sketching and wireframes, through to high-fidelity prototypes, final designs, and asset production
Iterate on existing designs to consistently improve the user experiences and design
Work closely with product and engineering to formulate hypotheses, validate ideas and iterate
Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to find simpler ways to meet the needs of our users and business
Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
Build cohesive, cross-platform design patterns that communicate our brand
