About the Role

We are looking for an experienced growth marketer to power our next phase of revenue growth. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will optimize our paid media campaigns and website conversion tactics, as well as expanding our top funnel growth via local marketing campaigns. This is an opportunity to make a big impact in helping Sundae achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and SEO initiatives
  • Run result-driven experiments based on channel expertise and data analysis
  • Develop and implement creative strategy for Direct Mail campaigns
  • Be the voice of the customer, creating and managing product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and sales collateral that speak to Sundae customers’ needs and desires
  • Develop and execute social media strategy that drives Sundae’s organic growth
  • Collaborate with each of the business unit leaders across product, sales and operations to identify content opportunities and develop campaign strategies and tactics
  • Create a strong feedback loop regarding lead quality as well as sales execution with the sales team; hold one another accountable to each other's deliverables while fostering a collaborative relationship that drive full-funnel improvement

About You

  • Proven track record of driving growth across multiple paid/digital channels and strategies, including Google Ads
  • You’ve built high-converting landing pages and are familiar with conversion rate optimization best practices
  • Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and optimizing for cost per action targets
  • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset with a willingness to constantly learn
  • A structured thinker: able to break-down opportunities into actionable steps, hypotheses and frameworks, generate action plans, and align stakeholders
  • You expect challenges to arise and you are ready to roll up your sleeves to solve them
  • You stay on the cutting edge of advertising and marketing innovation and best practices
  • 3-5 years experience in growth marketing at a high-growth company

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000
  • Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employee and 80% for dependents
  • Compelling equity package based on experience
