The Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for SPAN’s Engineering organization to drive product development processes across our Engineering, Product and Revenue functions. In this role, you will also work closely with our product managers, engineering managers and revenue leaders to ensure priorities are aligned across the company. Enhance and implement Program strategies, policies and procedure to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Work with the TPMs across the organizations in reporting standards at the program/project levels. Establish performance metrics, KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance and communication progress. Work with the TPMs across the organizations in reporting standards at the program/project levels. Analyze program/project data and trends to identify areas for improvements and drive continuous process optimization.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationshp with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, program sponsors and team memebers.
Establish an OK2Launch process along with the various program managers
Lead change management initiatives to drive the organizational transformation and adoption of new processes, tools and methodologies
Work closely with program teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact to the program schedule

Define and maintain program management methodologies, standards and tools to drive consistency and efficiency across all programs and projects.
About You
Required Qualifications
We are seeking a technical program manager who has:
7+ years of experience in technical project management of cloud services, mobile, and/or embedded device software development
Strong understanding of program/project management methodoligies, tools and best practices.
Excellent leadersthip, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholder
Ability to thrieve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Bonus Qualifications
We would love to hire someone who has:
Prior experience in smart home, IoT, or renewable energy (solar and battery energy storage)
Prior experience partnering with hardware teams to coordinate software schedules and manage software projects alongside associated hardware product development
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
BS Engineering or Computer Science degree
