Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute real estate strategies to secure the best multifamily portfolio.

Lead the sourcing, negotiation, management and acquisition of real estate assets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, partners and trends.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align real estate initiatives with business objectives.

Manage relationships with external partners, investors, developers, and government agencies.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, underwriting and reporting related to real estate projects.

Manage the entire process from beginning to end.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing real estate team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (7+ years) in real estate management, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.

Strong knowledge of the U.S. Multi Family real estate market and regulatory environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in financial modeling and real estate analytics.
Required Experience:

Experience in real estate development, investment, or asset management.

Sourcing & Underwriting; Knowledge and experience of the entire process needed from acquisition to opening.

Strong network within the U.S. real estate sector.
