How you will shape Prophero:

Your mission will be to activate, manage and grow a high-performing network of B2B2C collaborators — real estate agencies, brokers and intermediaries — ensuring they are not just onboarded, but consistently selling and hitting commercial targets that drive real revenue for PropHero.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new collaborators, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and alignment with PropHero's methodology and commercial approach.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with active B2B2C collaborators, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they have everything they need to sell effectively.
  • Monitor collaborator performance through regular check-ins and KPI tracking, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and deal flow.
  • Coordinate with the Supply team to guarantee product readiness — securing all necessary documentation before any unit or project goes to market through the partner channel.
  • Work closely with Legal to manage and validate collaborator contracts, ensuring agreements are properly structured and up to date.
  • Support Finance with revenue forecasting and commission tracking, making sure payouts are aligned with the terms defined in each collaborator's contract.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the partner channel's operational needs are reflected in the internal platform roadmap.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in partner management, account management, sales operations, or a similar coordination role. Background in real estate, proptech, or indirect sales channels is a strong plus.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • General Skills: Strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel), and pipeline tracking tools. Experience with project management or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
