How you will shape Prophero:

As an Asset Manager, Wealth, you will play a key role in the execution and oversight of real estate assets tailored to high-net-worth clients, acting as a central connector across internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate and oversee multiple teams involved in each project (acquisitions, construction, finance, IR, sales, and external partners).
• Lead end-to-end real estate project management, ensuring alignment across strategy, contracts, fees, pricing, and timelines.
• Review, challenge, and validate financial assumptions, including construction costs, budgets, pricing, margins, and overall asset viability.
• Analyze blueprints, technical scopes, and associated costs in collaboration with construction and development teams.
• Consolidate key information for investment decks, sales materials, and Investor Relations communications.
• Act as a control and validation point, driving consistency, quality, and execution standards.
• Identify risks, deviations, or inefficiencies and propose agile, impact-driven solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (internal and external) with autonomy, judgment, and the confidence to push back when needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of frameworks, processes, and best practices to scale Wealth asset management effectively.

What you will bring to our team:

We are looking for mid-to-senior profiles, with depth in at least one of the following areas and exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder projects:

• Experience in real estate, asset management, real estate advisory, or real estate-focused companies.
• Financial or strategic background with a strong ability to challenge numbers, pricing, costs, and assumptions.
• Experience as a Project Manager in real estate, construction, or development environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Comfort working with incomplete information and turning it into clear, structured inputs for business and client-facing teams.
• Professional presence and judgment when interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Availability to work from Valencia (on-site or hybrid, depending on final setup).
