How you will shape Prophero:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the rentals department, ensuring each property meets PropHero Spain's quality standards
• Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, and local partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving rental-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with various teams to propose innovative solutions that improve the Rentals operations.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: No prior experience required, but any background in customer service, administration, or property management will be valued.
• Education: Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
• General Skills:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment

• Tools:

  • Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM tools or property management platforms is a plus

• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
