How will you contribute to Prophero?

As our Controlling Manager, you’ll be instrumental in building a robust global controlling process for PropHero across Spain, Australia, Indonesia, and Ireland. You’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff, Head of Finance, and accounting team on key projects such as migrating our business ERP and establishing solid accounting & controlling policies.

We are a hyper growth company, so your role will be crucial in setting up the foundation to support our exponential growth and facilitate expansion into new countries.

Your impact at PropHero will include:

• Developing and implementing global controlling policies to ensure smooth and accurate monthly closings and precise reporting, focusing on Spain and Australia, and preparing for future market expansions.
• Leading the ERP migration project to support business scalability in 2025.
• Preparing the company for a Big 4 standard audit by 2025, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Supporting Finance Strategy by assisting with monthly investor reporting and providing insights on financial health and profitability.
• Contributing to the creation and analysis of financial reports and KPIs to ensure data accuracy and reliability for decision-making.

What will make you successful with us?

• Experience & Expertise: 4 to 10 years of experience in Audit (Big 4 or similar). Previous experience in a high-paced, hypergrowth environment is a strong advantage.
• ERP Savvy: Knowledgeable in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Holded. Prior experience in ERP migrations is a plus.
• Experience with IFRS GAAP consolidation.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex financial scenarios. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Location: Based in Madrid or Valencia, available to work in a 3-day-in-office, 2-day-remote split and adaptable to occasional travel or time zone shifts.
