Job Description

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join Procore’s Growth and Integrated Marketing team.

In this role, you will lead co-marketing initiatives across a mix of direct technology alliances and strategic technology partners. This role is central to driving awareness, demand, and revenue with Procore’s global strategic partners. This partner ecosystem includes both technology partners and fulfillment partners, supporting both direct sales motions and technology providers with reseller models.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with Sales, Partner teams and subject matter experts to develop scalable partner marketing strategies and programs for global technology partners and Procore sales. You will create integrated go-to-market plans and strategies that fuel pipeline through partner-led and partner-influenced programs.
You will serve as the primary point of contact to analyze opportunities and create strategies for integrated plans that drive pipeline and increase revenue in target markets. Being a data driven leader, you will analyze programs and budget spend for maximum results.

This position reports into the Sr. Director of Growth and Integrated Marketing and can be based in Austin, TX or work remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage marketing plans with a portfolio of strategic technology partners. Develop marketing plans that align with goals of each partner and Procore and define unique marketing approaches for each. Collaborate with partner sales and product/solution teams to align joint marketing strategies to revenue goals

  • Create scalable partner marketing toolkits, event strategies,messaging frameworks, solution briefs, sales enablement content, and campaign-in-a-box programs. Create and deliver sales enablement materials, including tailored messaging, use cases, webinars and event management to drive customer engagement through the sales funnel

  • Design and support partner campaigns that work through both direct partner sales reps and downstream reseller networks

  • Track and optimize performance of marketing programs across partner types, using KPIs such as sourced and influenced pipeline

  • Provide partners and resellers with content to drive lead generation and deal acceleration. Develop proposals, co-investment strategies, and reporting processes to ensure ROI from partner-funded and Procore funded programs

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus

  • 5–8 years of B2B channel marketing and strategic partner program experience, working with global technology or strategic partners, direct technology alliances and indirect partner/reseller ecosystems

  • Data-driven, curious, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, experience working with AI tools and workflows

  • Proven success in driving demand generation and pipeline through multi-tier partner programs; experience managing MDF and co-marketing budgets

  • Proficient in managing and building co-branded marketing campaigns

  • Excellent project management and communication skills across global and matrixed teams. Experience with tools like Salesforce, PRM platforms, enablement platforms and project management tools

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $144,000 - $198,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
