Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst to join Procore’s Revenue Technology & Process team. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence by improving Salesforce data quality, optimizing sales processes, and providing data-driven insights to support our go-to-market teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our systems and data work smarter for our people, enhancing efficiency and enabling better decision-making.

As a Senior Business & Data Analyst, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering teams to support critical workflows, improve process scalability, and maintain high data integrity. This position reports into the Sr. Director, Revenue Technology & Process and will be based in our Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across key revenue workflows

  • Support sales teams with tactical activities such as account assignments, data clean-ups, and CRM troubleshooting

  • Lead and implement scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to enhance seller productivity

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering to align on data needs, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful outcomes

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and performance tracking

  • Document business processes, data flows, and tool usage to promote transparency and consistency

  • Conduct training sessions and office hours to drive user adoption and self-service learning

  • Stay current on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices to proactively recommend improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems, Revenue Operations, or analytics roles, with a strong focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.)

  • Proven success in improving CRM data quality and optimizing processes for measurable impact

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and (ideally) BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; familiarity with SQL a plus

  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo

  • Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and an understanding of the end-to-end sales process

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving workflows

  • Bonus: Salesforce Admin Certification(s)
