We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Procore, you will play a key role in managing and delivering multi-team technical programs. You will use your servant-leadership skills and experience with Agile practices to enable delivery teams and align efforts across multiple teams. Beyond Agile facilitation, you will partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive technical alignment. A strong foundation in Agile principles, technical acumen, and collaboration skills is critical to succeed in this role.

What You Will Do

• Scrum Mastery: Act as the Scrum Master for 1-2 delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to best practices. Focus on transparency, inspection, and adaptation to enable continuous improvement.

• Multi-Team Agile Facilitation: Partner with teams and stakeholders to align team-level initiatives with broader organizational goals, supporting Agile maturity and fostering collaboration across teams.

• Managing Dependencies and Risks: Collaborate across teams to identify and manage dependencies, escalating risks as needed to ensure timely delivery of programs with minimal disruption.

• Program Planning and Execution: Lead planning efforts for 1-3 technical initiatives, ensuring consistent alignment with business priorities and enterprise-wide standards.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with key stakeholders on program status, risks, and progress, ensuring alignment with the company’s communication standards and objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the identification of process inefficiencies, facilitating retrospectives to address challenges and improve program delivery practices.

What You Will Bring

• Agile Expertise: 3-5 years of experience with Agile methodologies, acting as a Scrum Master and/or Agile facilitator for delivery teams. Your background includes supporting Agile practices for teams of varying maturity levels and introducing new practices sustainably.

• Leadership and Coaching Skills: 2-4 years of experience mentoring and guiding teams to adopt Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organized team culture.

• Technical Program Management: 5-8 years of experience managing technical programs or initiatives with low to medium complexity, including dependency management and risk mitigation.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: 3-5 years of experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven experience resolving technical and programmatic obstacles, ensuring program deliverables meet business goals and timelines
