We’re looking for a Web Experience and Development Lead to join Procore’s marketing department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to Procore’s digital presence in the region. This role focuses on managing the website as a critical tool to drive demand, growth, and revenue. With a strong technical foundation and a creative mindset, you will ensure the website delivers exceptional user experiences, supports marketing and sales objectives, and reinforces Procore’s position as the construction platform of choice.
As a self-starter with deep technical expertise and a knack for problem-solving, you will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, increase conversions, and build meaningful connections with customers, prospects, and partners in the APAC market.
This role is based in Sydney, Australia and we are looking for someone to start immediately.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the APAC web strategy, ensuring alignment with regional marketing goals and global web standards.
- Work along side the global COE’s to manage the regional website’s architecture, ensuring scalability, usability, and performance by building and maintaining high-quality, engaging experiences tailored to our APAC audience.
- Continuously improve the website’s user experience (UX) by leveraging insights from user behavior, analytics, and testing.
- Implement best practices for SEO, ensuring high visibility and discoverability in regional markets.
- Working with the global COE’s, oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring seamless integrations with marketing and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase and Braze).
- Manage and optimise website tracking and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to inform data-driven enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience managing websites, ideally for B2B SaaS, technology, or a similar industry.
- Strong track record in website optimization, UX/UI design, and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in building and managing content within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful ).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms like Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align website initiatives with broader marketing objectives combined with a analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
