Innovation: Stay informed on the latest Salesforce advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices. Guide your team in adopting relevant innovations to enhance the platform’s functionality, scalability, and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business leaders, to prioritize and manage the release of new features and system enhancements.
Agile Practices: Take an active role in the Agile development process, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:

12+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Professional Service Automation (PSA).
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and architecture
Technical Expertise: Proven experience implementing advanced Salesforce functionalities, including Omni-channel support, Salesforce Communities, and Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities.
