Job Description
Director, GTM Effectiveness
Procore is looking for a Director, GTM Effectiveness to join our team to help lead a team that drives coaching, training, and efficiency for our go-to-market teams. You’ll be responsible for leading the team and also for executing against strategic, departmental, and regional enablement priorities for our GTM team. You will drive results, are a resourceful and strategic thinker, and can scale programs across multiple global markets. This is a ‘player-coach’ role. You will lead the team and also be responsible for executing programs in the NAMER region. This is an integral role within a fast-growing company. GTM Enablement is part of the marketing organization. This position has the opportunity to be remote or based in any of our offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you’ll do:
Lead a global team of GTM experts who develop Geo-appropriate programs aligned with strategy and the integrated marketing plan.
Lead the team to create a plan focused on execution of high-impact sales, customer success, and marketing knowledge and training programs targeting industry knowledge, trends, customer challenges and how we can help solve their challenges.
Partner with the revenue leadership team to identify strengths, understand the gaps, and decide how to fulfill the areas for development.
Determine GTM enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
Build a trusted relationship with sellers and revenue leadership. Partner closely with leadership to ensure programs are translated into key learnings through adoption and application is occurring with our sellers.
Collaborate with marketing to understand campaign roadmap and timeline to ensure revenue teams are prepared for the appropriate customer facing engagements.
Communicate enablement strategy and associated KPIs to stakeholders.
Aggregate revenue team feedback and insights from customers to refine content strategy and enablement plans. Share this insight with industry strategy teams.
Ensure alignment of ongoing enablement objectives to corporate strategy.
As we evolve to outcomes, you will lead your global team to deliver outcome-focused training to our internal revenue teams.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or enablement supporting a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
You are a leader that strives to build a culture of inclusiveness with your team, bringing out the best in your team.
You are passionate about investing in the development of your team.
Experienced in facilitation, training, and coaching sales professionals with previous experience in a sales role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a strong business acumen and an ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results, often through your exceptional ability to influence key stakeholders.
You have the ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise and actionable manner that sales can relate to and is meaningful to customers.
A proven track record of developing programs that measurably increases sellers’ skill sets and delivering qualifiable impact on company revenue.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills. You collaborate effectively with revenue leadership and key stakeholders.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $180,600 - $248,325. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
