Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to join Procore's EMEA Recruitment team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in the rapid scaling of our EMEA business, across Dublin, London, and Dubai. This is a critical role for the success of one of our fastest-growing regions.

As an EMEA Senior Recruiter, you'll partner with the EMEA Recruitment Manager to build a pan European recruitment strategy for our Go To Market and Business roles.

This is a great role for someone developing their recruitment career looking to mix strategy with fast-paced recruitment, all in an established (but rapidly growing) public Saas company. If you're looking to make an impact in your career, then this is the job for you!

This position reports into the Manager, EMEA Recruitment and will be based in our Dublin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

Note: This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What you'll do:

  • Lead the hiring of roles such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success across Dublin, Dubai & London locations

  • Be a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, partnering with the broader talent team to develop go-to-market strategies for new talent

  • Set a high bar for talent, sourcing and identifying new ways to build the Procore brand in key markets

  • Master our Talent systems such as Smart Recruiters, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Be an advocate for diversity and inclusion, ensuring that it is central to all of our recruitment activity

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the most effective recruitment strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for:

  • Consistent track record of success in hiring at pace in high growth organisations

  • A passion for hiring Sales and other Go to Market roles

  • Experience working in a Saas environment

  • A builder with experience of building out new teams & hiring in an unstructured environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Growth mindset; a genuine desire for self development
