Are you ready to dream big? In this role as an Innovation Experience & Collaboration Creative Manager at Procore, you’re going to reimagine how our customers and our employees experience our product and collaboration environments in both our innovation labs and event center spaces. Our customers are building some of the largest and most innovative projects in the world. You will be creating innovative, immersive experiences that bring our customers' projects to life - along with our platform vision for the future at Procore.

As you think outside the box, you’ll partner with our strategic partners, our general contractors, Corporate IT, Facilities, Workplace Experience, and Real Estate teams to understand the culture and functionality of our workplaces - and partner heavily with our Product and Design teams to transform the way we visualize and communicate our products throughout our physical locations. Your vision will guide and support the concept of our Innovation Labs and Theatre Experience Zones that will transform how our customers interact with Procore in an elevated way across multiple locations. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing these impactful experiences for both our customers and employees.

The position reports into the Sr. Director of Business Enablement and will be based in our Austin office.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the immersive technology-driven experience vision through audio and visual equipment enabled environments

• Partner with our Applied Research, Product, and Engineering teams to incorporate out product experiences into both our event centers and our Innovation Lab environments through visual and voice technology solutions - including the integration of drone and simulator experiences via our partner ecosystem

• Rethink our physical collaboration environments for optimal innovation and product engagement with our customers, prospects, and employees through these compelling experiences and programs like iLab and iLab Partner

• Partner with our facilities team regarding our global audio and visual solutions to incorporate innovative thinking into both our remote and in-office collaboration strategy through productized solutions that can scale across the business

• Enable a repeatable playbook for our strategic events and large in-office meetings through production-grade technology and collaboration solutions

• Innovate on our spring and winter innovation lab events through technology-enabled broadcasting, storytelling, and immersive environments for both voice and visual interaction leveraging AI

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in leading Audiovisual Design, Multimedia Design, Cinema Audio, and Video & Production management in a large global corporate environment with multiple locations

• Experience designing and running systems and programs for large scale events with over 4,000 attendees in a live production style environment

• Expert knowledge of interactive technologies including video walls, projection mapping, immersive displays, audio systems, lighting, etc.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience leading and managing teams both directly and indirectly with tight deadlines with large scope projects

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for innovation and creative problem solving

• Over 5 years of experience operating in a similar role

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
