We’re looking for a Strategy Execution Manager to join Procore’s rapidly growing Revenue Strategy & Planning team. In this highly critical and visible role, you’ll be responsible for crafting revenue driving tactics, including but not limited to, strategic sales plays, promotions, & sales performance incentives, to drive revenue growth, enable continuous planning, and optimize sales performance. You’ll support these initiatives from creation to execution, while keeping a pulse on performance across business units to identify areas of opportunity.

As Strategy Execution Manager, you’ll work to develop and structure our sales plays to drive agile, responsive, and scalable outcomes for our Revenue organization. You’ll work closely with our greater Revenue Ops organization to identify where to take action, recommend a plan to our Revenue leadership team, and help execute across global teams. Experience in sales strategy/sales planning, excellent organization and a cross-functional mindset are pivotal to this role.

This position reports to our Director, Revenue Strategy & Planning with direct communication to our Revenue leadership and senior leaders across the organization. The position can be based in a remote U.S. location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Revenue Insights to evaluate where we have gaps and/or opportunities in pipeline and/or ARR and develop an attack plan

  • Work a wide spectrum of the business to collect ideas for potential sales plays. evaluate their efficacy/fit with our overall Strategy and Annual Plan, and structure plays in a repeatable format

  • Drive a cross-functional effort with sales leadership, field operations, marketing, product management, and other teams to identify target customer segments, market opportunities, and key sales objectives

  • Work with sales compensation, deal desk, and other operational areas of the business to get necessary approvals and/or preparation to run a given sales play

  • Create and own a central library to house sales plays and impact, and integrate these plays into Annual Planning based on measured prior success

  • Work closely with field operations, sales enablement and training teams to ensure that sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively execute Revenue Driving Tactics and ensure field teams are delivering on the desired outcomes

  • Partner with field operations to analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline velocity, win rates, deal size, and customer engagement, to understand performance across business units

  • Incorporate feedback from the field, field operations, and other cross-functional teams on issues, trends, and friction points across the annual plan and drive action on current & future initiatives

  • Set KPIs to measure, iterate and improve Revenue driving tactics

  • Work on related special projects with the Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning to ensure our overall success against the Annual Plan


What we’re looking for:

  • BS degree

  • 6+ years in a Revenue Operations role or similar

  • Experience working at a large scale technology company is required; enterprise software is preferred

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority

  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with Procorians at a range of levels and across different roles in the organization

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to large groups and leverage storytelling to align multiple parts of the business

  • Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on creating efficient, lean, but scalable processes

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations

  • Flexibility to pivot quickly to new demands and with a high sense of urgency

  • minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
