Construction documents like drawings and specifications are central to every phase of the construction process. They are the basis around which almost all collaboration happens on a construction project, and that’s why we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us drive the roadmap for our existing suite of document management and collaboration tools at Procore.

In this role, you’ll own the product experience for Drawings, Specifications, and general project Documents, some of our most heavily used products at Procore. You will work directly with customers and customer success teams to identify opportunities for enhancements, and rapidly iterate on these product experiences across two distinct product teams. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Influence two teams of mobile engineers, web engineers, and UX designers, as well as numerous dependent teams across the organization to follow your vision for document collaboration

• Identify and write product requirements by considering outcome potential, competitive landscape, technical requirements, and user experience

• Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers

• Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking—recognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once, creating strategic leverage for Procore

• Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

• Think beyond software for the whole solution by collaborating closely with customers and go-to-market teams

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company

• Proven experience releasing incremental updates to existing products and successfully driving adoption

• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment

• Experience managing products and rollouts with complex dependencies across multiple autonomous product teams

• Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills

• Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutions

• Strong listening skills; Product Management is equally about inquiring as it is advocating

• Customer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, UX Design, or a related field is preferred

• Experience building products for the construction industry is ideal, but not required

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
