As a Staff Project Manager at Polly, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, driving cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers and technology partners, ensuring successful adoption of Polly’s solutions through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee multiple, concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Polly’s strategic vision.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing consultative guidance and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and refine project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
What you have:
- 7+ years of program / project management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and implementation methodologies; proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project or equivalent.
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Certifications: PMP or demonstrated success delivering complex, transformational technical programs in financial services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
