SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled product designer to develop user experiences for complex products. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of user behaviors, needs, workflows, and challenges, and a strong desire to create clear, functional UI designs. You will collaborate directly with product managers and our UX team to craft engaging User Experiences for our dynamic products. If you thrive in complex environments and are passionate about solving UX challenges, we would love to have you join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with PMs, Programmers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Customers to turn product requirements into usable interaction designs and flows
• Design end to end product experiences (UX and UI)
• Create interaction prototypes (Figma)
• Design Visualizations for complex analysis screens and widgets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years as a User Experience designer in a product team
• Portfolio of real client product UX-UI designs
• Exceptional design skills and attention to detail, typography, and color
• Ability to create concepts, pixel-perfect visual design mocks, and prototypes
• Experience in working with and contributing to a company design system
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - able to clearly articulate your design decisions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on experience in product design for complex products
• Experience in data visualization
• Experience in design for a variety of platforms (Web, desktop, & Mobile)
