Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in video analytics, facial recognition, or related fields. As a Professional Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in the whole sales process by providing technical expertise, product demos, and solutions architecture support to potential customers, as well as overseeing the solution delivery post sales. Your deep understanding of video analytics and relevant technologies will enable you to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services, build and deliver unique solutions based on specific requirements, and ultimately drive successful customer engagements and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective solutions leveraging available technologies and various products Oosto offers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos to showcase the capabilities and features of our offerings, tailored to customer needs.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling proposals, technical responses, and solution documentation.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on the architecture and implementation of Cloud or On-prem solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and present appropriate solutions, addressing their pain points.
- Oversee the post-sale delivery of the solution to ensure high quality, on-time, and on-budget deployment.
- Conduct various training sessions to ensure clients and partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge to operate the system with efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful outcomes.
- Frequent Travel is required (up to 50%).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or related role, focusing on technology platforms or products. It would be a plus if the experience was from video analytics, facial recognition or related fields.
- Strong understanding of various technologies, for both cloud and on-prem solutions, including video calibration, performance optimization, and security.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex architectures.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Relevant certifications in specific technologies are highly desired (AWS/similar Cloud, Linux OS).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
