SUMMARY
The Inbound Business Development Representative works consultatively with inbound Sales leads over the phone and chat to determine how best we can support their needs and business goals. This position will qualify prospects based on the sales process and book meetings with appropriate Sales Consultants. This position will also work with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth transition, and a successful sales process through to closed won business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve daily metrics to facilitate pipeline and closed won deal quota achievement
- Balance management of Inbound leads through different channels, such as the phone line and chat
- Research inbound prospects using SFDC database and use third party tools such as Salesloft to communicate with prospects
- Generate new pipeline through inspiring prospects to take the next step in the sales process
- Partner directly with Sales Consultant to deliver valuable support to prospects
- Participate in training designed to prepare you to excel throughout your sales career
- Carry out all responsibilities in an honest and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-1 years of experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- A commitment to using good judgment
- Sales or relevant applicable experience a plus, not necessary
- Desire and commitment to a career in sales
- Hunter Mentality. A self starter who has a desire to learn and grow in the role
- Desire to be a part of a team, working with teammates while also having the will to compete
- Interest in learning and challenging yourself
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
