SUMMARY

The Account Representative will learn the fundamentals of the SaaS business model and will contribute to the rapid growth of our software company. This role will take on prospecting and selling to prospective clients across the country over the phone, and through social selling.

  • Successfully deliver compelling business cases to potential customers which are created to help small businesses realize their goals
  • Deliver monthly results through working a high volume of marketing qualified leads and leading outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with onboarding and success to ensure the successful transition to Buildium for our customers

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, email, and call prospects and/or customers using SFDC database and third party tools such as Zoominfo and Salesloft
  • Expectation to go above and beyond daily call and email metrics in order to hit elevated quota
  • Establish communications for new value added services business opportunities
  • Personalize value-based outreach to understand prospect or customer pain points and provide recommendations
  • Generate new pipeline through inspiring prospects and/or customers to take the next step in the sales process
  • Partner and strategize directly with a closing Sales Consultant in 1:1 pairing
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the work of the department/company
  • Establish yourself as a leader amongst the BDR organization across all areas of activity, output or taking on additional leadership responsibilities
  • Dedicated to getting to the next step as soon as possible through proactively seeking our training and career development opportunities
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Intrinsically motivated to sell the most innovative rental housing cloud products company on the planet
  • Experience making high-volume calls to current and potential customers
  • Ability to present products and solutions to large groups
  • Demonstration of effectively and efficiently managing a geographic territory on an on-going basis
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to attend Industry meetings with industry associations and Trade Shows (may occur on evenings and weekends)
