The Automation Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle management of automation products. This role involves identifying market needs, defining product vision and strategy, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for automation products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape specially for SAAS solutions
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch automation products.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform future product iterations.
- Budget Management: Manage product budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on automation or related technologies.
- Experience in building products with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Experience with AI/ML solutions offered by AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Well versed in Cloud technologies and Cloud native solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of automation technologies and market dynamics.
