The Main Event: What you'll do:

  • Own the full content cycle: planning, scripting, pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production - end to end.
  • Produce high-quality house tours designed for social media, with a cinematic feel that goes far beyond standard real estate visuals.
  • Create content for Instagram Reels and TikTok that drives real business impact, not just views.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely, strategic, and consistent publication.
  • Maintain a continuous, tech-driven brand narrative that positions Huspy as a disruptor in the real estate market.
  • Contribute to ad campaigns, branded content, and podcast production as needed.
  • Analyse the data behind every post and pivot strategy based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and B2C communications to maintain brand consistency and messaging quality.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends to keep content relevant, fresh, and culturally sharp.
  • Use AI tools and the full Adobe Suite to push creative boundaries and raise the quality bar.

The Perfect Match: What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience creating high-quality, creative content for social media - a strong portfolio is essential
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar); basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker; professional English proficiency required.
  • Business-obsessed mindset: you understand that content exists to move a KPI, not just to look good.
  • Strong critical eye and high standards for quality; you never settle for 'good enough.'
  • Multitasker with high ownership: proactive, self-directed, and accountable.
  • Flexible and adaptable — comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy global team.
  • Willingness to travel when needed for shoots and productions.
  • Fire energy: genuine excitement about the brand, the mission, and the craft.
