- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and leading real estate developers to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Support clients throughout the end-to-end home-buying journey, providing expert guidance to help them identify and secure the right property.
- Proactively monitor market trends, new developments, and property launches to remain commercially informed.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven advice using strong market intelligence.
- Expand your client portfolio by leveraging your network and generating referrals from satisfied clients.
- Partner with a high-performing team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- At least 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with solid knowledge of local trends and dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to perform well independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Genuine interest in staying current on market trends, new developments, and premium property offerings.
- Proactive approach to networking and generating referrals to grow your client base.
- Team-oriented mindset, leveraging shared expertise and resources to deliver exceptional results.
