The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

We are looking for our first HR hire in Saudi Arabia to support the launch and growth of Wiyyana by Huspy. This person will act as the primary People Operations point of contact between our HQ in Dubai and our KSA entity, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliant operations, and strong recruitment support as we scale.

You will be responsible for on-the-ground HR ownership, including onboarding, recruitment, documentation flows with the GRO, and developing HR policies aligned with Saudi Labor Law. This is a unique opportunity to build HR foundations in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

🇸🇦 KSA HR Ownership

  • - Serve as the main HR point of contact between the KSA team and the People Team in Dubai HQ.
  • - Own day-to-day HR operations for Saudi Arabia, ensuring all processes are fully compliant with KSA labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the KSA market.
  • - Coordinate with our GRO (Government Relations Officer) to manage all employee documentation required for onboarding, visas, contract issuance, renewals, and other

👥 Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • - Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners in Saudi Arabia, ensuring all paperwork, systems access, training schedules, and entity-specific requirements are completed.
  • - Partner with HQ to align onboarding processes with Huspy/Wiyyana standards while adapting them for local compliance.
  • -Be the trusted People contact for employees, supporting them with day-to-day questions and guiding them on policies and procedures.

📌 Talent Acquisition

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for KSA roles, especially Sales and operational roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensure timely communication, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track recruiting metrics, and provide insights and reports to leadership.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • An HR Generalist or People Operations professional with experience in KSA labor law, entity setup, or local HR processes.
  • Comfortable being the first HR point of contact and owning an entire country’s HR operations with support from HQ.
  • Strong recruiter able to manage multiple pipelines at once.
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and builds systems from zero.
