The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

Strategy & Ownership

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact growth initiatives across the customer journey
  • Define success metrics and performance frameworks for key business funnels (buyer, referral, repeat buyer, etc.)
  • Build business cases, set hypotheses, and drive experimentation to unlock new growth levers

Execution & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with CRM, Product, Data, and Marketing teams to translate insights into actionable programs
  • Manage project delivery end-to-end — from ideation and stakeholder alignment to rollout and reporting
  • Ensure consistent tracking and visibility of impact through dashboards and executive reporting

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Measure impact of initiatives through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance reporting
  • Continuously iterate on strategies to improve conversion, referral, and retention metrics

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth operations or business operations in a startup or tech environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable with funnel metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with CRM, data, and product teams to drive performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with AI tools and models to build agent solutions
  • A bias for action — you’re as comfortable building a strategy deck as you are jumping into the data or a project sprint

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Exposure to real estate, fintech, or consumer marketplaces
  • Working knowledge of tools like Saleforce, Coefficient, Zapier and BI tools
  • Experience in scaling referral or retention programs
