The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Learning & Development Associate to support and execute learning initiatives for our Mortgage Business Unit. This role is critical to enabling new hires and existing sales teams through high-quality onboarding, continuous upskilling, and sales-focused training programs.
This is a delivery-heavy role suited to someone who is passionate about training, confident facilitating sessions, and highly skilled at creating engaging learning content. The role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Compliance, and Operations to ensure training drives performance while meeting regulatory standards.
Training Design & Content Creation
- Curriculum Development – Develop, maintain, and continuously improve mortgage-focused training curricula, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Training Program Execution – Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to ramp up new Mortgage Consultants efficiently. Facilitate live training sessions, coaching workshops, and refresher programs grounded in real mortgage lifecycle scenarios.
- Continuous Improvement – Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data refining materials to enhance learning outcomes
- Industry Alignment –Ensure all training content aligns with UAE regulatory requirements, including AML and CBUAE guidelines.
- Sales Enablement & Performance Support - Partner with Sales Team Leaders to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted learning interventions.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Training Experience - 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training in UAE, preferably within financial services, sales, business development or mortgages.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who thrives in building and scaling educational programs from the ground up.
- Course/Curriculum Development and Execution Experience – Proven expertise in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, and content creation.
- Language Requirements - Fluent in English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
