The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Own acquisition strategy and execution across new and existing channels
- Identify, test, launch, and scale new acquisition channels from scratch, including non-traditional channels such as referrals, partnerships, creators/influencers, community, and offline-to-online systems
- Design and run growth experimentation frameworks to drive consistent learning and measurable impact
- Build repeatable, scalable growth systems rather than one-off wins
- Design and launch structured referral and partnership programs as long-term acquisition engines
- Optimize the full funnel: traffic → conversion → activation → revenue
- Move core business metrics including CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, conversion rates, and retention
- Work closely with product, data, sales, engineering, and local teams to unlock growth levers and turn offline supply signals into scalable acquisition systems
- Build dashboards, insights, and reporting to inform prioritization and investment decisions
- Own performance tracking, experimentation documentation, and growth playbooks for scale
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong expertise in growth marketing and acquisition
- Proven experience launching channels from zero to scale (not just optimizing existing ones)
- Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
- Strong in growth experimentation frameworks (hypothesis-driven testing, rapid iteration)
- Advanced in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, ROAS, retention
- Hands-on experience with:
- Analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Marketing automation tools
- Landing pages, attribution frameworks

- 4+ years in growth, performance marketing, or early-stage/startup environments
- Proven track record of building new acquisition channels end-to-end
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong business mindset - obsessed with outcomes, not just activity
- Highly experimental, structured thinker with strong execution bias
- Able to balance speed and rigor while scaling what works
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams
