The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the internal consulting team, with a strong focus on supply management, operational analysis, and growth strategies.

This role is key to turning data into actionable decisions, identifying bottlenecks across the supply funnel, and helping scale growth initiatives across multiple cities.

You will work very closely with Operations, Growth, City Leads, and Strategy teams, acting as the analytical and operational arm of the internal consulting team.

What you will drive and build

  • In-depth analysis of real estate supply (agents, properties, portfolios, performance by area and cohort).
  • Analytical support to the internal consulting team to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintenance of operational dashboards (supply, performance, conversion, efficiency).
  • Use of SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities across the supply acquisition, activation, and productivity funnel.
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions (expansion, incentives, resource allocation).
  • Measurement of the impact of growth initiatives and continuous data-driven optimization.
  • Translation of complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, analytics, or strategy.
  • Previous experience in consulting (strategic or operational) or highly analytical roles in startups/scale-ups.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
