The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
People Operations
- Own end-to-end onboarding: contracts, documentation, system setup, and first-day experience.
- Manage offboarding: resignations, terminations, clearances, final settlements, and compliance.
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and letters.
- Process salary reviews in coordination with Finance and Payroll.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and share insights with leadership.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Act as the main People Team point of contact (POC) for the office for daily people-related queries from the real estate team.
Business Partnering
- Partner with Real Estate leaders and managers on people topics such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.
- Support managers in handling employee issues in a fair, compliant, and consistent way.
- Advise on policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support culture, engagement, and office initiatives together with the People Team.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all processes follow local labor law and internal policies.
- Identify gaps, improve workflows, and help scale People Operations as the business grows.
- Support audits, documentation, and compliance reviews when needed.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong experience with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, visas, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with Real Estate, Sales, or fast-growing operational teams is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of local labor law and HR compliance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable being the go-to person for people topics in the office.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset.
