- Bayteca for Residents.
- Mortgage Direct for non-resident.
As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a Sales Development Associate to manage and develop our active portfolio of B2B partners. 🤝 The successful candidate will play a vital role as the face of our team to new collaborators, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward innovative solutions.

💻 About the role: what you will do.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify leads from our non-resident channel, ensuring that each potential client is accurately matched to the right mortgage advisor. You will be the first point of contact in the client journey, setting the foundation for a seamless advisory experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification – Engage with leads, assess their needs, and determine eligibility and readiness for advisory support.
- Advisor Assignment – Assign pre-qualified leads to the most suitable advisor based on profile, language, and case type.
- Case Follow-up & Ownership – Monitor assigned cases to ensure that advisors are actively managing them and that clients are receiving timely assistance.
- Communication & Coordination – Act as the liaison between clients and advisors, keeping communication efficient and transparent.
- Optimization & Feedback – Use data and client feedback to improve lead qualification processes and conversion efficiency.
This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and driven by measurable outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of client engagement and internal coordination, directly influencing the speed and quality of our sales funnel.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial drive, a hunter mindset, and the ability to create impactful partnerships that fuel business growth.

- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, pre-sales, or customer support, ideally in financial services or proptech.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1/C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Communication: Able to manage conversations across multiple channels with clarity and warmth.
- Results Focus: Motivated by KPIs, structured follow-up, and clear targets.
- Interpersonal Influence: Skilled at motivating advisors to act promptly on assigned cases.
- Ownership: Reliable in tracking progress and ensuring every pre-qualified client is serviced efficiently.
