  • Drive new partnerships with real estate agents and agencies in your city.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close — from cold calls to in‑person meetings.
  • Hit and exceed ambitious acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to execute high‑impact growth strategies.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • Fluency in Arabic language
  • Proven sales experience (real estate, recruitment, SaaS, or other high‑target roles).
  • Strong track record of exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Proactive, self‑starter attitude — you make things happen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
