The Role: You'll Be the Engine of Huspy’s Growth ⚙️

As an Ops Analyst, you’ll be part of the Operations & Supply team and play a key role in continuously improving business processes, defining data-driven operational strategies, and ensuring the scalability of the business.

You’ll work closely with the Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams, focusing on increasing agent productivity and boosting the number of listings and sales.

This is a role with direct business impact, real autonomy, and a steep learning curve.

What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers) 🦸‍♂️

✅ Process Optimization: You’ll identify bottlenecks and design solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
✅ Analysis & Automation: You’ll use tools like Excel, SQL, Airtable, or Tableau to build reports, spot trends, and support data-driven decisions.
✅ Productivity Strategy: You’ll measure and analyze agent performance and develop action plans to improve it.
✅ Project Leadership: You’ll participate in key strategic initiatives such as market expansion, loyalty programs, or operational experience improvements — sometimes leading, sometimes supporting the Head of Operations or Head of Supply.

Minimum Requirements 🏆

🔹 At least 1 year of experience in similar roles such as Business Operations, Analytics, or Business Strategy.
🔹 Analytical mindset and results-driven attitude.
🔹 Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (SQL is a plus).
🔹 Strong autonomy and execution skills — we want someone who takes initiative, prioritizes well, and gets things done.
🔹 Genuine interest in real estate, startups, and high-growth environments.
