The Main Event: What you'll do

Reception Management.

  • Greet and help visitors, clients and agents with a friendly and professional treatment.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Meeting Room Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, organized and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling.

Office Maintenance:

  • Supervise the cleanliness and order of the office space.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Report and coordinate any maintenance issues with the Huspy HR team.


  • Ensure a welcoming environment for customers and visitors by providing excellent hospitality services.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of food/drink for special events.

Administrative support:

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
