Huspy is a proptech startup solving two of the biggest challenges in the home buying journey: home financing and home search. As we shape the future of home buying, we are helping customers secure mortgages and find the home they want quicker, at a more affordable rate, and on a single platform.

We are currently operational in Dubai and Madrid, and we believe the ecosystem we are creating raises the bar for the whole industry and fuels our mission of creating a category-defining experience.

Since our launch in August 2020, we have managed to secure funding from top investors in the world such as Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Fifth Wall, Breyer Capital, and we recently raised $37 million in one of the largest Series A rounds in the history of MENA.

The Dream Team: Who you’ll work with

The CRM Organization is growing to deliver more business growth at scale through people, process, and product technology. We are focused on learning and empathizing with customers and channel partners' needs and behaviors to keep them on top of what's happening with their mortgage applications and real estate transactions. And right now we are splitting into two squads: CRM Platform (backend infrastructure & integrations) and CRM Efficiency (processes automation & optimization through CRM).

The Main Event: What you'll do

You'll lead the CRM Efficiency Squad — a multicultural, fast-paced, and hands-on team of experts Developing our Platform end-to-end for our products and growth teams. You'll be focused on developing every aspect of mid and long-term goals for the Mortgages and Real Estate business units globally, collaborating directly with peers in tech and business teams to define the CRM vision, strategy, and scope — owning the process from the design-to-delivery: it means that you feel comfortable taking calculated risks, know how to navigate in scenarios of uncertainty and pressure, and for sure, we'll have lots of fun while getting our hands dirty. This is a big and challenging role that will require the most from your expertise, resilience, and EQ.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • 4+ years of working experience as a CRM Product Manager/Owner for Platform or Sales, Operations, and/or Marketing, preferred in tech startups — worked in agile teams that launched new products from zero to hero or enhanced existing infrastructure with clear metrics and impact;
  • Experienced with integrations for CRM or MAP (Marketing Automation Platforms) including HubSpot (must), Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud (must), Dynamics, Braze, Acoustic, Zoho, etc.;
  • Strong understanding of database systems and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Domo, etc.);
  • Feel comfortable working and managing stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambitious hyper-growth environment — and mostly appreciate a working context that encourages autonomy at all levels;
  • Intentionality and sense of ownership, respect for people, interest in continuous learning, and critical view of the business;
  • In-depth knowledge of product and project management: can collect insights and requirements during discovery initiatives, align expectations, design and scope the solution, validate it, plan it, and execute it — end-to-end — while keeping involved parties updated throughout the process;
  • Great analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to use data and user research to inform decisions and inspire new avenues for us to explore;
  • Track record of people leadership — it is expected to lead people by influence, guide, develop, and support direct reports and team members to thrive according to their career ambitions and the company's expectations;
  • Love data: have strong analytical skills and be able to make data-driven decisions by manipulating, transforming, and processing data to answer business questions;
  • Love testing and learning in fast cycles to create innovative solutions to difficult problems — we have an amazing place in an amazing team for a true team player that loves to share knowledge with your colleagues, and also wants to learn from them.

What will set you apart:

  • SQL skills;
  • Defining and setting A/B/n tests, and having strong knowledge of channels like Email, SMS, Smart SMS, WhatsApp, mobile and web push, chatbot, live chat, etc.;
  • Scoping, defining, setting, and managing softphone/CTI solutions;
  • Front-end development and scripting languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, HubL, SSJS, etc.;
  • Knowledge of Spanish language
