About the Role

Honest Networks is looking for an HR Administrator to provide high-level HR/People Operations support to our CEO and broader team. This role will be responsible for managing all HR tasks for the Company. The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented, professional, and organized individual who can execute on projects as delegated by the CEO. This individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to support the company’s departments (e.g. customer support, business development, marketing, engineering, etc.) This individual will be excited by the opportunity to dive in and own all tasks to which they are assigned. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lower Manhattan.

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and facilitating the onboarding process; post job openings on relevant platforms and assist in screening resumes.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks; address employee queries related to benefits and assist in the enrollment process.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters and maintain a well-organized filing system for HR documents.
  • Time and Attendance Management: Track employee attendance and manage timekeeping systems; address attendance-related inquiries and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Compliance and Policies: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures as dictated by CEO; stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Training: Ensure that all employees complete annual Stop Sexual Harassment Training in Justworks
  • Finance-Related Tasks: Support the Finance Manager in ensuring that bonuses and reimbursements are paid out, and that payroll runs smoothly.
