This role is responsible for delivering personalized, persona-driven campaigns tailored to strategic account segments, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on driving engagement and pipeline growth within high-value target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product marketing to identify, prioritize, and align on target accounts and tailored engagement strategies.
- Lead the creation of campaign content, including email copy, landing pages, digital ads, and sales enablement materials, as well as marketing assets such as eBooks, brochures, and case studies.
- Manage ABM tools and platforms—including Sendoso, Dealfront, HubSpot, and LinkedIn—to support personalized outreach and account engagement at scale.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing-led events and initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate pipeline within key accounts.
- 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on ABM, campaign management, and/or demand generation.
- Background in construction tech, AEC, or SaaS preferred.
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs.
- Strong content creation skills, including email, ads, and marketing collateral.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing/CRM platforms.
- Analytical and data-driven; comfortable optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
- Experience with ABM tools like Demandbase, Terminus, or 6sense is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Atlanta-based preferred; open to remote candidates within the U.S.
