Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management and customer relations? We are looking for an Onboarding & Projects Specialist to join our dynamic team in the BENELUX area. In this role, you will coordinate and manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal projects, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service for our clients.

In this position you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining our processes. Your efforts directly contribute to achieving our company’s financial and qualitative objectives, making you an essential part of our success.

Your role in our mission

  • Achieve company objectives by delivering exceptional service at an operational level.

  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to boost customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the client setup and exit processes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

  • Coordinate and communicate project details with all involved parties.

  • Support the execution of the department plan with your insights and expertise.

  • Lead projects using standard procedures and the PRIME methodology, meeting all deadlines.

  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Service upon project completion.

  • Maintain accurate project administration, including risk management, financial forecasting, and budget oversight.

  • Continuously suggest and implement process improvements.

  • Manage project teams within a matrix organization, fostering clear communication and collaboration.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education and thinking.

  • Certification in Project Management (IPMA-D, Prince2, or similar).

  • Training in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent).

  • Several years of relevant experience in multi-functional project management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, at an expert level.

  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal).

  • Good proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Good proficiency in French (written and verbal).

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain an overview and anticipate/escalate potential risks and issues timely.

  • Effective delegation and instructional abilities.

  • Service- and solution-oriented mindset with analytical problem-solving skills and creativity.

  • High stress resilience.

  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
