Crozier, Hong Kong is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our art storage

We are looking for a reliable hardworking, collaborative and helpful person who has a willingness to work with art. We are an international company that provides storage, shipping and exhibition services for Art museums and galleries in Hong Kong.

You will need initiative and excellent work ethics, with a professional outlook and attention to detail. Essential ability to maintain a quality service with your team for customers by upholding company values and behaviors.

You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced environment and be focused and engaged while working in a team.

We will provide in- house training in art handling, art installation, art packing and art transportation. You will work with an amazing team of Hong Kong and international professionals who will assist in your day-to-day working role and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers.

• Booking air freight and sea freight and make sure that the shipments arrive on time

• Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.

• Arranging import and export shipments and handling bookings

• Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.

• Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.

• Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers.

• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.

• Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.

• Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics.

• Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies

• Making sure and double check export shipments (100% outgoing control)

Essential requirements and experience

• Experience in multinational shipping and logistics handling is required

• English abilities is highly preferred

• Independent, Responsible and able to work in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
