Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise direct reports responsible for design, construction, and procurement activities related to various technical projects within the architecture department in Europe.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, contributing to business growth and market expansion within the real estate industry.

• Establish key metrics, generate reports, and utilize tracking tools aligned with team and company objectives. Management large internal team works (+50 ftes in different geographies).

• Contribute to building and enhancing the company's image in the market, strengthening its reputation as a leader in the sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is highly desirable.
• +10 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in managing large internal team works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Preferable experience in residential project management
