POSITION OVERVIEW

You will be part of the Revenue Operations team, whose mission is to make sure that business runs smoothly. We align the company priorities with strong day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance teams with data improvements and implementing processes to help us be more efficient.

The role is based in Madrid, Spain

Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrate and optimize our current Sales tech stack - mainly Salesforce - and other system-related issues. Configure and deploy solutions with the Salesforce platform for sales, marketing, and service management.
  • Manage data quality and enrichment projects. Configure and expand the data model, flow, approval processes, and validation rules.
  • Support knowledge center project by gathering and consolidating information for the Solutions team.
  • Support the creation of managerial reports and dashboards. Export data and build advanced data analytics using tools.
  • Study the user's needs and the difficulties encountered. Conduct testing and deployment with users. QA and test our sales processes to make sure they are working smoothly.
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for tasks whilst also demonstrating a proactive approach to work having the initiative to look for new projects/opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills. (Minimum C1 level-proficient user)
  • Management of Salesforce; Spreadsheets
  • Strong ability to work with data: understanding data structures and data modeling, SOQL, SQL, data import/export/migration/enrichment, reporting, and visualization
  • Efficient problem solver; expert in leveraging solutions and applying them to current problems. Curious, quick learner, and able to modify processes and technologies to make things work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience implementing solutions and system integrations in SFDC, and/or technological change efforts (including program design and implementation).
  • SalesLoft or Gong or Pardot or other lead management and sales operations tools.
  • Experience with Customer Management tools like SalesNav, Cognism, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.
  • A growth mindset and innate curiosity where every interaction is an opportunity to learn and improve.
