THE ROLE
As a Growth Advisor in Leasing, you sit at one of the most important inflection points in the Belong experience: the moment a prospective resident finds a home they love and decides whether to make it theirs.
You are not filling vacancies. You are matching people to homes and homes to the right people. You are the voice that turns curiosity into commitment, and the presence that makes a skeptical renter feel, for the first time, like they are being treated as a human being.
This role is powered by AI and built for people with the intelligence to leverage it. You will operate with tools that surface the right leads, prepare you for every conversation, and automate everything that should be automated, so your time is spent entirely on what matters: building trust and closing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the Resident Journey from First Contact to Signed Lease
- Manage inbound leads for Belong homes across multiple markets with urgency and precision.
- Conduct personal interviews with prospective residents, not interrogations, conversations that identify the right fit for each home and homeowner.
- Guide residents through the application, qualification, and signing process with transparency and warmth.
- Work closely with the Listing and Quality teams to ensure every home is presented at its best and every resident is set up for a remarkable move-in.
Convert with Rigor and Care
- Hit and exceed conversion targets, with a clear understanding of the metrics that drive your performance: lead-to-tour rate, tour-to-application rate, and application-to-signed-lease rate.
- Follow up with precision and without being annoying. You know the difference between persistence and pressure.
- Use the Belong platform, CRM, and AI tools to stay on top of every lead, every stage, and every signal.
Represent the Brand at the Highest Standard
-Speak the Belong language: residents, not tenants.
-Homes, not units. Members, not customers. The words you use shape the experience.
-Handle objections with the confidence of someone who genuinely believes in what they are selling, because it is the truth: this is structurally different from anything else out there.
-Be the kind of person a homeowner would trust to choose the right resident for the home where their kids grew up.
Contribute to the Machine
- Flag friction in the leasing funnel. If something is consistently breaking down, you do not just note it: you surface it with a recommendation.
- Participate in the iteration of AI-assisted leasing tools, helping shape what the automation does well and where the human layer adds irreplaceable value.
- Operate with radical ownership. If a resident falls through the cracks, it is not someone else's problem. It is yours.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 0 to 3 years of experience, in sales, customer-facing roles, real estate, or anything that required you to earn trust quickly and move people to action.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex process simply and make a skeptical person feel comfortable.
- Comfort with data and digital tools. CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how you work, not things you avoid.
- Genuine interest in real estate, tech-enabled services, or the intersection of both.
