The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Lead to join the team as a key driver of our most important company goals. This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for a high-potential generalist who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes extreme ownership over results.
In this role, you’ll lead the allocation of our marketing budget, drive cross-functional programs with Sales and other teams, and build systems and tools that help us scale. You’ll have visibility into the most important levers of the business and the autonomy to make things happen.

What You’ll Do
Own the marketing budget. Plan and allocate marketing dollars across channels, markets, and funnel stages to deliver against revenue goals. This includes scaling a very important Outbound Sales program.
Act as a cross-functional quarterback. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Ops to align teams and deliver measurable growth.
Build tools and systems. Create lightweight, scalable processes—whether it’s a dashboard, a lead-routing system, or a new reporting framework.
Drive outcomes with urgency. Execute quickly and effectively. You’ll own the full lifecycle of key initiatives, from idea to results.
Turn insight into action. Own and analyze the data to uncover what’s working and where to double down.
Test and learn. Launch MVPs across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Optimize what works, kill what doesn’t.
Be a force multiplier. Help unlock the next phase of growth by making everyone around you better, faster, and more aligned.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in growth, strategy, operations, product, or a startup environment
A high-potential generalist with a track record of driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
Strong analytical chops—you’re comfortable working with data and making smart decisions with imperfect information
Bias for action—you don’t wait for permission, you figure it out and make it happen
Comfortable partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to get things done
Clear communicator with strong organizational instincts—you know how to create alignment and momentum
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Ad Manager, and
