What you´ll do:

  • As a Growth Product Manager at Belong, you'll lead product development in the Demand Growth Squad, driving innovation and achieving growth by using data to create and enhance user experiences that propel Belong's mission forward.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deep user research, data analysis, and ideation to identify opportunities that accelerate resident growth and enhance the overall experience.
  • Own and drive the product vision for the Demand Growth Squad, developing a quarterly and continuous roadmap aligned with our aggressive growth objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to bring impactful growth initiatives to life.
  • Engage in rapid experimentation with landing pages, lead capture, funnel optimization, referrals, activation strategies, and product-led growth tactics.
  • Lead engineering story writing, scoping, sprint planning, and testing to ensure quality, timely product releases.

Requirements:

  • We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and growth-obsessed Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must have 3+ years of consumer growth product experience, specifically in areas like landing page experimentation, lead capture, funnel optimization, and product-led growth.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier US university (Top 15) or top 3% of a Top 100 university.
  • An MBA from a leading school is preferred (mandatory if Bachelor's was completed outside the US).
  • Be energetic, rigorous, and customer-obsessed, with a proven track record of driving growth at an early-stage startup.
  • Have a "scrappy" mindset – you know how to build from the ground up and solve problems creatively with limited resources.
  • Be comfortable working with data, and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Be an assertive communicator who can influence cross-functional teams to execute quickly and efficiently.

Nice to have!

  • Experience in a fast-growing startup, particularly in consumer and proptech.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Reforge Growth program alumni or equivalent growth marketing/product development experience.
  • A background that includes direct interaction with founders, CEOs, or founding team experience.
